Kate 是 NOVEAU 的创办人。2023 年，她从航空业转行投身美业，从美睫设计、眉毛定制与肌肤管理开始，逐步累积专业经验，并致力于将美业与个人形象相结合，探索每个人独特的美感与风格。
在中式美睫尚未广泛流行之前，Kate 已开始深入研究中式美睫设计，并将个人审美融入每一次创作。对她而言，美睫不只是嫁接睫毛，更是一门结合眼型、五官特点与个人风格的设计艺术。她会根据每个人的眼型条件与风格喜好，量身设计适合的美睫效果，而不是套用固定的款式。
随着美业经验的累积，她的关注也逐渐延伸至色彩、五官、骨骼比例与个人风格之间的关系，并进一步发展个人色彩诊断、骨骼分析与个人形象规划。
如今，Kate 将美业经验与个人形象分析相结合，帮助客户更深入地了解自身特点，从适合的色彩、服装版型到配饰与整体造型，找到真正适合自己的形象方向。
透过 NOVEAU，她希望让美与形象管理不再只是追随潮流，而是建立在对自己的了解之上，让每个人都能更有方向地展现个人特色。

Kate Yip is the founder of NOVEAU. In 2023, she transitioned from aviation into the beauty industry, beginning her journey in lash design, eyebrow customisation and skin management. Driven by her passion for aesthetics, she is dedicated to bringing beauty and personal image together to help individuals discover their unique beauty and personal style.
Before Chinese-style lash extensions became widely popular, Kate was already exploring and studying this specialised technique, incorporating her own aesthetic vision into every design. To her, lash design is more than applying extensions — it is an art that considers each individual’s eye shape, facial features and personal style. Every set is thoughtfully customised to complement the individual, rather than following a fixed design.
As her experience in the beauty industry grew, her interest expanded to the relationship between colour, facial features, bone structure and personal style. This led her to further develop her expertise in Personal Colour Analysis, Bone Structure Analysis and Personal Image Styling.
Today, Kate combines her beauty expertise with personal image analysis to help clients better understand their unique features and discover what suits them — from colours and clothing silhouettes to accessories and overall styling.
Through NOVEAU, she hopes to make beauty and personal image management less about following trends and more about understanding oneself, empowering every individual to express their unique identity with confidence.
